
Project Overview
The revitalization of Outdoor Supply Hardware transformed the legacy of Orchard Supply Hardware into a modern retail experience. We redesigned the logo and corporate identity, carefully incorporating elements from the original branding to maintain recognition and loyalty among long-time customers. Securing the rights to the old brand allowed for cost-efficient modifications. A key component of the project was developing a robust B2C ecommerce website featuring approximately 40,000 products, enhancing accessibility and convenience for customers. The effort also included social media campaigns, photography, advertising, and circulars, ensuring a cohesive and impactful reintroduction of the brand to both new and returning audiences.
Once the branding and market recognition were reestablished, a loyalty program was introduced, further solidifying customer engagement. This program has become a cornerstone of the store's ongoing success, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing repeat business. Today, there are currently 13 locations open in northern California, with plans for growth in the future.
